Additionally, we will ensure you pay a rent that you can afford, purchase stock (where required) at prices that allow you to make a reasonable margin and will help you drive down your controllable operational costs to provide the best possible value for money.

We operate with an industry leading low ratio of pubs per Business Development Manager to ensure we are responsive to meeting your direct business needs, when and where you require it.

A flat management structure that allows for direct collaboration between our operational field teams and executive management. There are no long-winded approval processes within Red Oak Taverns, even for major investment decisions.

In the case of the latter, this could be tied, free-of-tie, over any period, from a short-term “try before you buy” arrangement to a 25-year, full repairing and insuring property lease. Ultimately, the requirements of the pub and our Operating Partner will drive the most suitable operating platform.
